EQS Wall for iPhone, iPad and Mac · effective 25 October 2026
The walls you enter and save, the place (a city or coordinates), the room, your language and your units are kept in the app's own storage on your device, so they are there the next time you open it. They are not sent anywhere, not to us and not to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
If your device backs itself up (iCloud Backup, or a backup of your Mac), that backup may include the app's storage, as it does for any app. That is between you and Apple; we never see it.
If you tap “Use my location” on an iPhone or iPad, your device tells EQS Wall where you are, after asking your permission. The app uses it only on the device, to pick the climate of your place from the data stored in the app. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and the app makes no network connection to look it up. You can type coordinates or choose a city instead, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in your device's settings.
Nothing from the app. Apple tells us, as it tells every developer, how many copies were downloaded and bought, in totals that do not identify anyone. If you choose to share crash reports with developers in your device's settings, Apple passes them on to us without your name.
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail and use it only to answer you.
EQS Wall collects no information from anyone, children included.
If this ever changes, this page changes first, with a new date, before any version of the app that behaves differently.
